Warranty of the product is mentioned on the product page. warranty starts from the date of purchase. Warranty is covered by manufacturers.

Full set replacement warranty is provided for First 3 month of purchase, after piece to piece warranty. We help the customer to obtain the battery through us easily. However this is a paid service.

PROCESS : 

• If any product gets faulty under warranty period, please send us the email about it, containing current images of faulty product. 
• Upon verifying the issue, we will arrange the pickup from your address, same address where it was delivered.
• After reaching the product, it will be examined. This will take up-to 1-3 days. If we found Fault in the product which is under the warranty terms of the product, we will replace the product under warranty. Replacement of product will be sent to your address.

Terms and conditions :

• We use courier services to provide the warranty.
• Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
• Make sure you pack the product with good packaging, If any physical damage in the transit warranty will be void.
• Transit time depends Solely on the courier.
• If products get damaged, missing in transit, we will not be responsible. However in this case courier provides the value of lost package, which will not be exceeded 5000/- Rupees.
